How to use Smart Sleep Instrument?

1.) Charge Up – Ensure your Smart Sleep Instrument device is fully energized and ready for use. A maximum charge time of half an hour suffices. Remember, it’s crucial not to leave the device on charge for over two hours to avoid potential overcharging and subsequent damage.
2.) Power On – Post charging, press the power button on the side of device and hold for 5 seconds to activate your device .
By default, the device starts in the low-frequency mode, tailor-made for left-hand usage. This mode is explicitly designed for stress reduction, anxiety alleviation, assistance with insomnia, and overall sleep enhancement.
3.) Position Your Smart Sleep Instrument- Our devices yield the best results when accurately placed on specific acupressure points, namely PC8, and on the triple warmer meridian TW3/TW2 (refer to the image below).
